Can You Manufacture My Coil Inductor From A Picture File Or A Simple Description?

For very simple coil inductor, it may be OK if basic dimensions and specifications are provided. But normally we need to receive 2D part drawing with dimensions and tolerance or 3D part drawing, if you don’t have a part drawing. You can send us a sample to copy it.

How Can I Get A Quotation From You ?

Can I Get Samples Before Order ?

Yes, of course. Usually our standard samples are free if we have in stock.

For custom made samples, we will quote basic sampling cost.

Do You Have A Minimum Order Quantity?

We don’t have MOQ, any order quantity will be handled flexibly. But some special enamel wires will have a MOQ, depend on the wire specification and stock in our wire suppliers.
Q.
What Is The Average Lead Time?

A.

For standard samples order, lead time is 3 days.

For customized samples order, lead time is 1-2 weeks.

For mass production order, lead time is 2weeks or to be confirmed depend on order quantity.
Q.
Can you supply the relevant documentation?

A.

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance e.g. ROHS and REACH, Measuring report and other export documents required.
Q.
How about the shipping cost?

A.

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to ship the cargo. Express/By air is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big order. freight rates will be quoted after order placement.

Can you arrange factory visit?

Customers are welcome to visit our factory, we will provide hotel reservation and pick up service.
